Wow! I am so happy you're here. A little bit about me: I am a loving dog mom who has to spend at minimum a half hour outside daily. I enjoy going to concerts and dancing my heart out, snowboarding, and hiking with my pups and person (Josh lol). I have been in the health and fitness industry for over a decade and earned my IFBB Pro card July 2024. I love working with my 1:1 coaching athletes to improve all facets of their day to day- whether it be habits, routines, or mindset. I work with a wide range of athletes whether they be professional bodybuilders or people who struggle with internal function. This course is fundamental to helping you tackle your goals no matter how big or how small.


My piece of advice: Rely on your community and make friends! This is such an incredible opportunity to grow another family and we are beyond excited to welcome you.

Josh Levine

I’m stoked you’re here! I used to be a competitive freestyle snowboarder and action sports athlete chasing anything that blew my eyes wide open (and I still do lol). You’ll find me in the mountains, on the water, or dancing at live shows. I live for experience: nature that humbles, music that makes time disappear, and travel that shifts perspective.

I’ve coached for over a decade—from elite competitors to lifestyle athletes and tough health cases. Coaching isn’t just about getting jacked. It’s about helping you rediscover your potential and become the person you’re meant to be. I’ve been stuck. I’ve doubted. I chased every shortcut until I did the inner work… and that’s when everything changed.

My advice: grace + grit. You’ll slip—it’s part of growth. But the moment you catch it, you’ve already won. That awareness gives you the power to choose again. Each time you do, you reinforce the version of you you're here to become.

Hiiii, welcome to the community! 💜

I’m a boy mom, dog mom, and plant mom who lives for sunshine, coffee shops, bookstores, and live music around Columbus. I met my husband through competitive powerlifting, and I’ve been in the fitness world since 2018 — from teaching group fitness classes to personal training to now full-time online coaching!

I find deep fulfillment and passion in helping my 1:1 athletes become the healthiest, happiest version of themselves no matter what season of life they are in (chances are, I have been there before too!)

My advice to the lovely human reading this: Be consistent with how you show up, let go of the idea of perfectionism. Lean on our community for support, ask questions, and know we’re all in your corner to celebrate your hard work!
